All Dental Care accepts all forms payment including cash, credit card, or check, and nearly all major insurance plans.

If you have Dental Insurance, please bring or send by fax (718-601-5560) all the relevant information which would include insurance company, employer, group number, etc.

Your benefits office should supply you with the information if you do not have it readily available. Most insurance companies will only pay a portion of the fees and so you should plan on paying the full fee for the first appointment until we learn what your particular plan will pay.

If you do not have Dental Insurance, please plan on paying the full fee for each visit at the time of service. At the time of scheduling any complex treatments, the expected payment arrangement will be explained.
